1 serving 14 oz. 20-30 min. before workout Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Fighter Fuel into 14 ounces of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes prior to exercise. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor. For best results, start taking Fighter Fuel 20-30 minutes prior to exercise and sip continuously up to the start of exercise. Fighter Fuel can be stacked with Super Carb to add additional carbs as needed to fuel training. For optimal results, drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily.
