1 capsule 1-2x daily Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 dose (350 mg) 1-2 times daily or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 700 mg per day. Depending on your reaction, effective dosing can be as low as 150 mg per day. Read all label warnings prior to use.
