Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) veggie softgel three times daily with meals. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Due to this reason, we recommend you not take more than the recommended dosage unless you have doctor approval. Reduce and/or stop taking the product if you notice any side effects. It can take up to one bottle to see results and skin may worsen before improving.
