HOW BCAA KETO (3:1) WORKS The Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), leucine, isoleucine and valine, are important, essential amino acids. The combination of these three amino acids make up approximately 1/3 of skeletal muscle and play an important role in protein synthesis.
