Omica Organics' Shilajit Paste is uniquely sourced from a high altitude region (above 16,000 ft) of the Himalayan Mountains. Extracted using only water, and produced at temperatures below 94 degrees F, this Shilajit extract retains high fulvic acid levels.

Directions: 1/8 teaspoon once daily or as directed by your practitioner. May be taken direct or mixed with milk or any beverage.
