Directions: Place one heaping teaspoon per cup in strainer or teapot. Pour just boiled water into the teapot. Infuse for 3-5 minutes or longer to taste. Strain to serve and enjoy. For Iced Tea: Double the strength per cup for hot tea preparation. Strain and refrigerate. Pour over ice to serve.
