Directions: If healthy (determined after consulting with your health consultant), start with 5 sprays in apple or pineapple juice. Do not use chlorinated water. Make sure it is in R/O or distilled water. Take the 1/8 teaspoon for 2-3 days. Slowly build up to 1/4 teaspoon 2 times per day. Best taken 15 minutes before breakfast and before dinner.

Dosage: Start with 1/8 teaspoon (1 dropper full) for 2 - 3 days. Slowly build up to 1/8 teaspoon 15 minutes before breakfast and before dinner. Do this for 5 - 6 days. Then go to 1/4 teaspoon (2 dropper fulls) in the AM and 1/4 teaspoon (2 dropper fulls) in the afternoon.
