High Volume is formulated for PUMP, centered around Arginine Nitrate and L-Citrulline (equivalent Citrulline content of 8g of L-Citrulline-l-malate).

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

As a caffeine-free pre-workout, High Volume can be taken solo, or stacked with a thermogenic product like Alphamine for a Thermo-Pump Stack! Directions: For users 160 lbs or less, consume 1 scoop mixed in 8 oz of water 30 minutes prior to training. For users over 160 lbs, consume 1-2 scoops mixed in 8-12 oz of water 30 minutes prior to training.
