RECOMMENDED ADULT USE: As a dietary supplement mix one serving 15 minutes before training in 6-8 ounces of water. BETA-CRET(TM) is effective when taking one serving, however two servings may be of particular value in establishing your tolerance (Torque Zone). Never take more than 3 servings during a single use or in a 24 hour period. Always maintain adequate hydration when using.
