Recommended Use: Take 6 softgels two times daily with meals.

Storage Instructions: Protect from heat. Keep away from local space heat sources such as space heaters and radiators. Do not expose to direct sunlight or leave in vehicle exposed to sunlight. Do not allow exposure to high humidity (above 65%). Keep container tightly closed with not in use and away from children. For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated. Can be frozen to prolong freshness.
