Recommended Use: Adults. Take one or two softgels, two or three times a day, at mealtimes.

Each softgel capsule contains 1000 mg of Tonalin, a patented extract of safflower oil, and provides 800 mg of the two main active isomers (in a 50:50 ratio) of conjugated linoleic acid.
