Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule two times per day with meals, or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Ensure adequate calcium intake (1,000 mg/day) during use. Do not take calcium supplements within two hours before or after strontium use.
