Recommended Usage: One (1) capsule per meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 1/2 hour prior to meal for added appetitive control. Best if taken with LypoZyme. Take with adequate liquid. Vegetable two-piece capsules may be pulled apart and ingredients mixed with food.

Algae naturally contains iodine which is a beneficial nutrient, but excess amounts can cause health issues. Take no more than 4 capsules per day.
