Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, Take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast or morning workout and 1-2 additional capsules in the afternoon (6-8 hours later) or before an afternoon workout on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. In order to assess tolerance, begin with 1 capsule before breakfast and again 6-8 hours later. Use for a minimum of 60 days.
