Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Adults: 3 droppers full (approx. 30 drops) as needed throughout the day. (Dropper bulb pulls 1 ml, which is 10 drops). Drink undiluted or add to non-chlorinated water or juice.
