Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. The bottle lid is a one ounce measure. Take with food for best absorption. Drink undiluted or add to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products. Shake well. Mineral Blend is a rich dark color because of the humic content, but you'll find that it has almost no taste when diluted in water. If health challenge exists introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage.
