Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. The bottle cap is a one ounce measure. Shake well. This product contains a strong natural ionic humic mineral concentration, and has an "earthy" taste. For best taste we recommend diluting your dose in a glass of non-chlorinated water. Dilution does not diminish effectiveness. If health challenge exists take on empty stomach and initially introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage.

Refrigeration is not essential, but is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring trace enzymes.
