Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: Mix one (1) level scoop in 8-16 oz. of water (adjust water to personal taste preference), then shake or stir well & consume. You may consume up to two (2) scoops before, during, after physical exercise, or between meals on non-workout days. For best results, use two (2) scoops per day. For Improved Training, you can stack with K-XR pre-workout & AgmaPure. For Improved Recovery, you can also consume ProtoLyte Protein post-workout.
