Note: Best taken on an empty stomach for complete absorption. Drink with water or juice. For immediate and urgent use: Take 5 caps 3 to 6 times daily in between meals. Maintenance: Take 2-5 caps once or twice daily. Mood balance: Take 2-5 capsules early a.m. and in late afternoon daily.
