Directions: A good cleansing program requires two steps: cleansing and maintenance. For Thorough Cleansing: Mix one (1) tablespoon of powder with at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately. Do this morning and evening, 30 minutes before meals for 14 days. Always follow with another 8 oz. of water. For Maintenance Care: Mix one (1) tablespoon of powder with at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately. Do this once daily upon arising or at bedtime.
