SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement take one 1/2ml dose daily. Mix 1/2ml (or 1/2 dropper) in juice or other beverage then stir and drink. Because of the alcohol base it's recommended that you mix Mamba Venom with juice. Use 20 minute before training, and ONLY on training days.
