Directions 1. Mix the batter Whisk 1/2 cup dry mix with 1/4 cup cold water, just until ingredients are blended, then let batter rest for minutes. 2. Heat the griddle Preheat to 325 degrees. 3. Pour the batter Makes 2 six-inch pancakes. 4. Cook until golden & flip Cook until bubbles stop forming and edges are cooked, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
