Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

RECOMMENDATIONS: As a nutritional supplement for adults, 2 tablets twice daily with meals or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. Do not take more than 8 tablets daily unless directed by your Physician. Once optimum levels are achieved, reduce dosage to 2 tablets daily.
