Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 15 grams daily. Stirring briskly, dissolve 2 level teaspoons (approx 5 grams) of powder in water, juice or other liquid drink, 3 timer per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
