Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix (1) scoop with 8 fl. oz. of water or juice. Take (1) serving with food, preferably with breakfast. Do not exceed suggested use. Not suitable for children.

You should not take this product if you have any prior medical condition, including diabetes or high blood pressure. CarnoSyn may cause a prickling/tingling/flushing feeling in some users. This sensation generally decreases with continued usage. If this sensation becomes bothersome, taking Evovite with a meal may blunt this effect.
