Suggested usage:To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, add 2 scoops (66 g) of SlimStyles powder to 12–16 oz. (or 1½–2 cups) of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender with ice, or use as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water (8–16 oz. or 1–2 cups) within an hour of drinking the smoothie. When first taking SlimStyles, begin with 1 scoop (33 g) in a 6–8 oz.
