Suggested usage: Mix 2 scoops (61 g) of WellBetX powder to 16 oz. (2 cups) of cold water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender with ice. Take WellBetX with or without food 1– 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. If desired, add to your favorite smoothie recipe for a healthier alternative. When first taking WellBetX, begin with 1/2–1 scoop (15–30 g) in 4–8 oz. (1/2–1 cup) of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (61 g) as directed above.
