SUGGESTED USAGE: Shake well. As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 2 times daily with food or on an empty stomach. Can be taken undiluted, or mixed with water or juice. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW(R) Hyaluronic Acid, MSM and Serrazimes(R). SHAKE VIGOROUSLY BEFORE USE.
