Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Based on taste preference, vigorously mix one scoop of Nectar per 6-10 oz of water for 30-60 seconds. For best results, mix with a spoon; shaking may cause excessive foaming. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 3-5 oz of water. Consume Nectar two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements.
