Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Based on taste preference, vigorously mix one scoop of Nectar per 6-10 oz of water for 30-60 seconds. For best results, mix with a spoon; shaking may cause excessive foaming. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 3-5 oz of water. Consume Nectar two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for consuming protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity, such as weight training, and prior to sleep.
