If you exceed the established Upper Limit (UL) of 100 g (4000 IU/d) for Vitamin D intake, regular blood tests for vitamin D and calcium status are recommended. There is a safety seal under the cap. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing.

Storage

Keep tablets in original container with the lid tightly closed between use. Store in a cool, dry place. Store below 25 degrees C.
