Directions For Use: Mix one serving (one level scoop) in 6 to 8 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage such as skim milk. 100% Bio-Active Whey can be taken before or after your workout or anytime you need additional protein. 100% Bio-Active Whey can also be used to increase the protein content of foods like yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and other baked goods. 100% Bio-Active Whey can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements. To be used as part of a resistance training program. Mix With a Blender: Add 1 scoop of 100% Bio-Active Whey to a blender filled with 6 to 8 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds on medium setting. If desired, add ice cubes and blends for an additional 20-30 seconds. Use a Shaker: Utilize the convenience of a shaker cup to never miss a serving of 100% Bio-Active Whey. Just pour 6 to 8 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage and then add 1 scoop to your shaker cup. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.
