Directions For Use: Mix one serving (one level scoop) in 6 to 8 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage such as skim milk. 100% Bio-Active Whey can be taken before or after your workout or anytime you need additional protein. 100% Bio-Active Whey can also be used to increase the protein content of foods like yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and other baked goods. 100% Bio-Active Whey can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements.
