Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoops (2.4 g) two times per day for the first 10–14 days (loading phase). Take 1 scoop (1.2 g) two times per day thereafter for maintenance purposes. Add to your favorite drink (juice, milk, water) or sprinkle on cereal. Blends easily with no bad aftertaste.
